    魚、蝦味道鮮美,營養價值高,是百姓餐桌常見佳肴。魚、蝦都富含蛋白質、無機鹽和維生素並且膽固醇含量不高,較畜、禽肉易消化。魚湯冷卻后形成的凝膠也是膠原蛋白,很好的美容滋養品呵!需要注意的是魚籽、蝦子中的膽固醇含量較高,烹調時要分別開來。魚、蝦的鈣含量較畜肉高,為補鈣的良好食物,如:小魚制酥連骨吃可增鈣,蝦皮也能很好的補鈣。
    魚蝦烹制手法不同,味道也不同,有蒸、炒、煎、燒,有單一的魚蝦烹制,也有和其他蔬菜一起烹制的。所謂「眾口難調」,希望有你喜歡吃的口味和想做的美味!
